Endurance based sessions to include basic strength elements and functional movement, These sessions are suitable for all abilities and fitness levels!
Within these training sessions we will train with sleds, kettlebells, wall balls, dumbbells, sandbags, awkward objects and body weight movements .......... Combine all of this with cardio and you have Engine Station!
No Barbells or complex movements to be seen!
