DO I NEED TO BE IN SHAPE TO START @ CFS?

No, definitely not!


Our class / session programs are designed for everyone, they can be adapted and scaled to meet all fitness levels and abilities.


Our functional fitness program is made up from many elements including the following: Weightlifting (there is many different forms of this element and it's not all about lifting heavy weights!) Cardio and believe it or not Gymnastics!

No matter what your current fitness level is, we are here for you at CFS! As you become a fitter, faster and stronger version of your self all the workouts will become more challenging as you physically and mentally push harder!

Every workout that we design is to help you succeed but most of all to improve your fitness and achieve your goals!
